Legal Services Commission of South Australia

  • Free legal help
  • Free legal education on disability justice for people living with disability, family carers and disability support workers

University of Adelaide

  • Equal Opportunity Legal Advice Free Service 
    The service provides legal advice on areas of Equal Opportunity Law - discrimination, harassment and victimisation, and assistance in drafting legal documentation, statements, and preparation for conciliation and Tribunal hearings. The service is operated by final year law students under the supervision of fully qualified legal practitioners.
  • Adelaide Legal Outreach Free Service 
    Final year law students assist clients in managing their own cases. In this respect, the students write letters, draft documents, negotiate and research the law for their clients.
