Disabled Cheltenham Woman Who Does Not Claim Benefits Sent £909 HMRC Overpayment Letter
Mother-of-five Vicky Timlin, 45 from Cheltenham suffers with chronic fatigue syndrome as well as depression. Yet Vicky has taken the decision to not claim benefits and try and work as long as she can till her body prevents her doing so but since she ended her Tax Credit claim in 2021 she has not been told to repay £909 by HMRC but she is adamant she does not owe this money.
