Savita Sandhu is a patient-turned-practitioner and the director of Savvy Dietetics - a small dietetic practice passionate about bringing ease and clarity to the nutrition journey of those living with invisible illnesses, and co-director of Connected Health Alliance - a Hypermobility-focussed Interdisciplinary Clinic and Not For Profit in Wollongong. 

Savita has a particular interest in Ehlers Danlos Syndromes and co-existing conditions like POTS, MCAS, and abdominal vascular compressions due to lived experience of these. She is committed to ongoing development in these areas and participates in two formally recognised Networks of Excellence with the Ehlers Danlos Society. 

Savvy believes that tailored, sustainable nutrition strategies can make a world of difference to quality of life, and aims to leave clients feeling empowered and confident about the steps ahead.
