I wanted to. After many years of ME/CFS, frustration and much impediment to leading a normal lifestyle, learning of the suffering of others with ME/CFS, knowing of the lack of empathy and knowledge from many health professionals, bureaucrats and citizens, and believing research to be inadequate, I wanted to contribute to discovering and improving such things as diagnostic testing, public awareness, wellness management, and treatments via biomedical research, hopefully to lift the fog a little more.
I chose ME/CFS SA and SAHMRI, because at SAHMRI I could specify the specific fields within ME/CFS research that I wanted. I found out that SAHMRI are good people!
There are many ways you can leave a gift to ME/CFS South Australia Inc in your Will.
Your bequest can be:
- a residual amount (for example, a share or percentage of your estate)
- a specific dollar amount
- a piece of personal property
